This past weekend, we attended a birthday party for my friend Joia's son, Caleb. He turned 3! He and Jonah are little buddies. The guests were a mix of the Dooleys' neighbors, work/hospital friends and Air Force friends, so it was nice to meet some new people. Originally, the plan was to go to a farm/petting zoo with all kinds of fun stuff for the kids to do. But the weather turned cold, so we partied at Caleb's house instead. It was a Curious George themed party, and Jonah had a blast running around with the other kids.

Then, on Sunday, we woke up to snow on the ground! Jonah was pumped to get outside and play in the snow. The snow sort of snuck up on me, though (hey, it was 70 last week!), and the only snow pants we had were the ones Jonah has worn the past TWO winters - size 18 months. Jonah didn't seem to mind, though, so we stuffed him into them. His ankles got a little wet and cold, but we still had to drag him inside when it was time to come in. This kid LOVES snow!
