The Vargases made a pit stop in Wichita on their way home from visiting Nana and Popo in Texas for Spring Break. They stopped over for dinner and ran off some energy in the backyard before retiring to their hotel for the evening. They were up early the next morning to drive the last leg of the trip back to Cedar Rapids. The kids love playing with their cousins; we only wish we all lived closer.
Brandon gave the kids balancing tasks -- walk with arms up! walk with arms out! carry a log over your head! walk with a stick in your mouth(??)! They had a blast :) (There were also some tears)
Poor Colin was tired after a busy week away from home and then two days of traveling. We are so glad Wichita is right on your route to Texas, Vargases! Until next time.....
